Early Childhood Teacher | Educational Leader | Nominated Supervisor
Part-Time | 33.5 Hours Per Week $38.30 - $54.50 per hour (based on experience, subject to ELAA assessment)

Your Weekly Schedule

Monday 8:00am - 4:30pm | Teaching
Tuesday 8:30am - 2:30pm | NS, break cover & non-contact
Wednesday 8:00am - 4:30pm | Teaching
Thursday 8:30am - 2:30pm | NS, break cover & non-contact
Friday 9:00am - 1:30pm | EL, NS & non-contact

  
What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) d qualification
• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in a sessional kindergarten setting
• Strong understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Ability to undertake Responsible Person and Nominated Supervisor responsibilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
• Experience supporting children with diverse abilities, backgrounds, and learning needs
• Previous experience leading educational programs and mentoring colleagues

• Deliver a high-quality, play-based kindergarten program
• Lead educational practice and curriculum development
• Foster meaningful partnerships with children, families and the wider community
• Champion inclusion, belonging and child wellbeing
• Support continuous quality improvement across the service
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained
• Inspire a culture of collaboration, reflection and professional growth
