Talent Acquisition Specialist - Fixed Term

What are we looking for?

Infinity is seeking a Fixed-term Talent Specialist in Sydney where you will report to the Talent & Culture Manager and work collaboratively with the lead Talent/HR Specialist.
  
A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:

• A proven record as a recruiter in the commercial construction industry.
• An understanding of construction business structures and role requirements.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills and understand what is needed
• Patience and solutions-focused approach 
• Experience using JobAdder or a similar ATS would be highly regarded.
• Immediate start
