What are we looking for?
Infinity is seeking a Fixed-term Talent Specialist in Sydney where you will report to the Talent & Culture Manager and work collaboratively with the lead Talent/HR Specialist.
A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:A proven record as a recruiter in the commercial construction industry.An understanding of construction business structures and role requirements.Strong influencing and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills and understand what is neededPatience and solutions-focused approach Experience using JobAdder or a similar ATS would be highly regarded.
