Finishing Supervisor

Established in the 1960s, the business has delivered more than 650 projects across WA, with operations across both Perth and the South West. Their portfolio spans education, aged care, healthcare, industrial, aviation, sports and recreation, retail and commercial projects.

With a strong reputation built over decades, the business has successfully delivered a number of high-profile developments across Perth and continues to maintain a strong pipeline of major projects.

They are now seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to join their team and take responsibility for the finishing stages of a major apartment development in Perth.

About You:

• Trade-qualified, ideally with a Carpentry background
• Proven experience working as a Finishing Supervisor on major commercial projects
• Strong apartment experience, ideally on projects valued at $40M–$50M+
• Experience across hotels, aged care and student accommodation will also be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of finishing trades, defects, quality control and project handover
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades while maintaining programme and quality
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the finishing phase of a major project
