Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors across all scopes.
• Manage sequencing, inspections, and defect rectification to meet program deadlines.
• Maintain premium quality and attention to architectural details.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and suppliers to resolve site issues quickly.
• Enforce WHS standards and ensure consistent site compliance.

About You

• Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor or Site Supervisor on large commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of high-end finishes, sequencing, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple trades.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage tight deadlines effectively.
• WA-based experience and full Australian working rights essential.
