-Facilitate group fitness/ method classes with energy and professionalism

-Build relationships with clients to motivate and support their wellness journeys

-Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the gym environment

-Be invested in the growth of Hale Gym

-Qualified Trainers: Certificate IV and above

-Experience - minimum of 2-3 years in group fitness instruction

-Knowledge of strength training, functional fitness, and overall health

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire clients and create a welcoming environment

-A collaborative spirit, willing to contribute to the success of the team

-Availability to work across mornings, evenings, and Saturday as required
