Licensing Coordinator

If so, Haven Global is looking for a sharp, switched on, and well-organised Coordinator to join the Melbourne team!

This is a fast-paced role and requires a candidate with extensive administrative experience in the licensing sector, or within consumer products, retail, entertainment, or marketing fields.

If you are meticulously in your organisation and pro-active, with strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask all whilst maintaining the highest attention to detail and are a team player – then this is the job for you!

The successful applicant will support and assist their Business Manager with all functions required to run the business, including (but not limited to):

·       Coordinating & managing our licensees and their agreements

·       Processing deal memos, amendments, and half yearly renewals in a timely manner

·       Managing the contract process

·       Maintaining deal sheets and tracking contract administration

·       Ensuring our partners comply with global brand guidelines

·       Adapting and creating brand, retail & sales presentations

·       Updating sell sheets and brand decks with up-to-date information

·       Coordinating product decks with the in-house creative team

·       Tracking sales data reports

·       Assisting with royalty reporting

·       CMF claiming and administration

·       Travel bookings and scheduling events

·       Keeping the server spick, span, and organised

No two days will be the same! You'll need to be super organised, be able to truly multi-task without compromising your fanatical attention to detail, be able to show initiative and be willing to take on ad-hoc tasks from our business manager, creative manager, and/or licensor.

A "can-do" mentality, great communication skills, and proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel are all non-negotiables.

Previous experience working as a coordinator or a similar role within licensing will be a real asset and make you stand out from the crowd, however, is not essential.
