As our Front Office Manager reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:

• Lead the Front Office Team by example to deliver an incomparable service experience.

• Drive ALL Accor Live Limitless benefits & memberships.

• Deliver guest service initiatives throughout a diverse Front Office Team.

• Empower the team to always go the extra mile for our guests.

• Coach and mentor Guest Service Agents to grow their career, whilst capitalizing on networking and learning opportunities for your own career growth and development

• Be responsible for all front office administration and communication.

• Assume control and leadership of the team in the GM's absence.

What we are looking for:

• A customer service superstar!

• A driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering the ultimate guest experience.

• Genuine personable service style that always blows our guests away.

• Office Management & accounting experience.

• Able to take on additional tasks and support the GM.

• A team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

• Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, days, nights, and weekends.

• Experience in property management systems highly regarded, Protel preferable.
