The Role
This position sits within the Major Loss & Complex Projects division, managing residential construction projects typically ranging from $100k to $500k+. This is a 100% off-the-tools role - no estimating, no quoting. Your focus is purely on supervision, coordination, and delivery. In this role you will:

• Oversee 10–20 projects concurrently
• Supervise sites across Metro Melbourne (location flexibility available)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades, and insurers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
• Keep systems and reporting up to date to track progress
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance across all sites

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance construction (major loss experience is essential)
• Trade background or strong hands-on construction knowledge
• Confident communicator who deals professionally with clients and stakeholders
• Comfortable managing multiple jobs and working to KPIs
• Resilient, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and quick to pick up systems and processes
