We’re a busy butcher shop in Boonah QLD looking for a reliable, skilled butcher to start immediately.
Pay: $35 to $40 per hour depending on experience
Bonuses paid only when agreed revenue targets are met (no exceptions).
Paid trial shift mandatory before hiring
Minimum 2 years retail butcher experience (Desireable)
Strong knife skills, fast and accurate breakdowns of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken
Friendly, professional customer service skills
Works well with the team - punctuality and reliability essential
Available for shifts on weekdays and Saturdays (please specify availability)
Committed to food safety and quality standards
Bonuses are awarded only when your personal and team revenue targets are met
Targets will be clearly defined and tracked regularly
Stable roster with flexible PT / FT / casual options
