About The Role

You provide support across a portfolio of shopping centres in New South Wales Metro and Brisbane Metro.

Based from Clemton Park Shopping Centre, this is a hybrid role with flexible working arrangements.

You’ll work closely with two Centre Managers and help keep day-to-day property administration running smoothly across the portfolio. There is no reception or regular site-travel requirement.

What You’ll Do

Manage arrears administration and follow up outstanding itemsRaise retailer charges accurately and on timeProcess supplier invoices through the relevant systemsCollect and record sales informationComplete receipting and support reconciliation activitiesRespond to retailers queries by email and follow through to resolution

What You’ll Bring

Experience in administration, ideally within property, shopping centres or a related environmentStrong attention to detail and confidence working with financial and administrative processesThe ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locationsClear, professional written and verbal communication skills
