Administration Manager

About the role
You provide support across a portfolio of shopping centres in New South Wales Metro and Brisbane Metro.

Based from Clemton Park Shopping Centre, this is a hybrid role with flexible working arrangements.

You’ll work closely with two Centre Managers and help keep day-to-day property administration running smoothly across the portfolio. There is no reception or regular site-travel requirement.

What you’ll do

• Manage arrears administration and follow up outstanding items
• Raise retailer charges accurately and on time
• Process supplier invoices through the relevant systems
• Collect and record sales information
• Complete receipting and support reconciliation activities
• Respond to retailers queries by email and follow through to resolution

What you’ll bring

• Experience in administration, ideally within property, shopping centres or a related environment
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial and administrative processes
• The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
