Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to become our next dedicated team member to assist with duties and responsibilities across the Malaga branch.

What you'll be doing:

• Inbound sales calls - processing of sales orders, purchasing of stock and follow up through to invoicing.

• Outbound sales calls and updating of our CRM

• Liaising with the warehouses and Account Managers

• General sales assistant duties and; (e.g. invoicing and booking in freight)

• General administration tasks

To be successful in this role, you will be an individual that has a strong administrative background and thrives on attention to detail. Our fast-paced customer service and sales environment demand a high level of organisation.  

Minimum requirements include:

• Friendly, cooperative attitude in team environments

• Exposure to admin or internal sales

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - word, excel, outlook

• Familiarity in sales and inventory-based software for customer order processing & invoicing would be an advantage but not necessary

• Confidence to deliver phone, email and face to face customer service

• Product based customer service preferred, but not essential
