Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated Restoration Technicians to join our expanding team.

The Role

As a Restoration Technician, you will attend residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, storm, mould and accidental damage events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Emergency makesafe works

• Water extraction and flood restoration

• Installation and monitoring of drying equipment

• Mould remediation and containment setup

• Strip-outs and demolition of damaged building materials

• Detailed moisture mapping and documentation

• Thermal imaging

• Contents handling and cleaning

• Completing job reports, photos and site documentation

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients during stressful situations

• Participating in an after-hours on-call roster

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Essential:

• Current Victorian Driver's Licence

• White Card

• Working with Children Check

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Reliable, punctual and professional presentation

• Ability to pass a Police Check

Desirable:

• IICRC qualifications (WRT, AMRT, FSRT)

• Experience in restoration, building, construction, demolition or insurance repairs

• Experience operating drying equipment

• First Aid Certificate

• Working at Heights

• EWP, Confined Space or other industry-related tickets
