GetSashimi is looking for experienced Sashimi Slicers to join our growing team at all locations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about premium seafood, precision knife work, and delivering exceptional quality to customers.

About the Role
You will be responsible for preparing and slicing sashimi-grade seafood to the highest standard, ensuring consistency, freshness, and presentation across all products.
Key Responsibilities
Precision slicing of sashimi-grade fish and seafood
Filleting, portioning, and trimming fish with minimal waste
Maintaining strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
Handling premium seafood products with care and attention to detail
Supporting daily operations in a fast-paced seafood environment
About You
Minimum 1 year experience slicing sashimi or working as a fish cutter
Strong knife skills and confidence working with premium seafood
Knowledge of sashimi cuts and presentation standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
