Position: Full-Time - Chef de Partie

Are you a passionate chef looking for an exciting opportunity in a vibrant kitchen? S'more Restaurant in Castlecrag is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our small, dedicated team. With a focus on quality ingredients and creative dishes, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to our standard
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work atmosphere
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
