Bar Manager

The Bar Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Concourse Bar, ensuring a high standard of customer service, efficient team performance, responsible service of alcohol, and strong financial and operational results. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage busy service periods, motivate staff, maintain venue standards, and ensure the bar operates smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the venue is clean, organised, safe, and ready for service.
• Monitor service standards, customer experience, and overall venue presentation.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, deliveries, storage, and stock rotation.
• Monitor wastage, breakages, stock usage, and beverage costs.
• Ensure all POS and cash-handling procedures are followed correctly

Pay: $23.87 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
