Group Fleet Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Group Fleet Sales Manager to accelerate fleet sales growth across our group, supporting and promoting our leading brands: LDV, MG, Forthing, Nissan, and Renault. This role is ideal for a strategic fleet professional who thrives on building relationships, winning large-volume business, and driving commercial performance across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new fleet business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities

• Ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish

• Provide expert advice and assistance to customers regarding vehicle selection, customisation options, and fleet management solutions

• Negotiate on contracts and pricing

• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including sales, finance, and service

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Prior experience in a similar Fleet Sales Manager role, or extensive fleet sales experience with a proven track record of success

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy throughout the sales process

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused with a passion for excellence
