Fleet Business Development Manager

Autopact Victoria & Blackburn Kia, Nissan & GWM ​​​is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fleet Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our fleet sales across all our dealerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the automotive industry, with a specific focus on fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed performance goals related to sales and delivery volumes.

• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to increase fleet sales and market share across all brands

• Collaborate with dealership managers and sales teams to optimize fleet sales processes and achieve targets.

• Identify new fleet opportunities and establish long-term relationships with clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in targeted industries.

• Handle quotes, orders, and vehicle deliveries with exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Multi-Brand Franchise Expertise - Experience in business development or fleet sales, managing a diverse portfolio of automotive brands highly regarded

• Top-Notch Communication Skills - Excel in communicating and negotiating with both internal teams and high-level clients.

• Strategic Sales Mastery - Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and increase market share.

• Team Collaboration - Collaborate effectively, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.

• Customer-Centric Focus - Commit to exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.

• Analytical and Results-Oriented - Use your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and exceed sales goals.
