About the role
An independent, progressive, and supportive store in Ringwood is seeking an experienced Audiologist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a patient-focused environment and make a genuine difference to patients’ lives while progressing a career in audiology.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests
Fit and program hearing aids tailored to individual patient needs
Provide expert advice, education, and ongoing support to ensure patients maximise the benefits of their devices
Perform hearing aid maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and regulatory standards
Collaborate closely with support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
Keep up-to-date with developments in audiology and hearing aid technology through continuous professional development
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for improving patients’ hearing. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential, along with experience fitting and managing a wide range of hearing aids. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient-centred approach are key, alongside a commitment to teamwork and ongoing learning.
Benefits:
Salary between £30,000 – £40,000, dependent on experience
