Chef / Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including specialty pizzas using traditional and modern techniques
• Prepare and cook Premium Steaks on our Char-Grill
• Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to health and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
• Greet customers with a smile and take their orders accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary
• Handle customer feedback and make adjustments to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook, with a focus on pizza making
• Strong Knowledge of cooking Steaks and using a char-grill.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Team player mentality with a passion for culinary arts
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Have a full drivers licence
• Creativity in using ingredients and cooking techniques to enhance menu offerings

Pay: $73,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
