About the role 

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage service. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring a fantastic customer experience for those dining in our venue.

  
About You

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol is mandatory prior to commencement.
• Previous experience responding to and resolving disputes relating to the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Demonstrated understanding of restaurant, barista and/or bar practices.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer and wines is highly advantageous.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
• Team player and hands on with the flexibility to help and support your colleagues.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
