About the Role:

Reporting to the Business Readiness Lead, you will:

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide change and adoption strategies.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and executive sponsorship activities.
• Drive readiness planning and adoption measurement.
• Manage change impacts across technology, process and operating model transformation.
• Support global go-live activities and adoption sustainment.
• Coach leaders and managers to successfully navigate change.

You will bring:

• Significant experience leading large-scale organisational transformation.
• Oracle Cloud, HCM or enterprise technology transformation experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
• Change impact assessment and readiness expertise.
• Experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

This role will leverage Microsoft Copilot, including Copilot Chat and AI-powered agents, to help develop, refine and execute work outputs. While deep technical expertise is not required, candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Copilot and have a willingness to incorporate AI-assisted tools into their day-to-day work.
