Senior Change Manager, PX and Manager Adoption

• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and organisational change. 
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud, HCM or similar enterprise platform implementations. 
• Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment and adoption planning. 
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organisational environments. 
• Strong commercial judgement and a focus on achieving sustainable business outcomes. 
• Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
