Private billing at $120 standard and $210 long, with 65% to you. The split sits slightly under market, and the practice is upfront about that — the fees and the private mix are where the earnings come from.

Founded by two GPs who'd worked together for a decade, and it still reads as a boutique practice. A national group handles HR, payroll and finance behind the scenes, while the clinic keeps its own autonomy. The practice manager has been there for years and built something settled and well-organised.

The room is open because a long-standing GP is relocating to the North Shore. They're not rushing it — they'd rather the right person than the fastest one.
