Private billing at $120 standard and $210 long, with 65% to you. The split sits slightly under market, and the practice is upfront about that — the fees and the private mix are where the earnings come from.

Founded by two GPs who'd worked together for a decade, and it still reads as a boutique practice. A national group handles HR, payroll and finance behind the scenes, while the clinic keeps its own autonomy.
