Territory Manager Brisbane North

We're looking for a motivated Territory Manager to join our Queensland Field Sales team, covering Brisbane North. Reporting to the Zone Manager, you'll build strong relationships with customers, drive sales outcomes, execute category plans in store, and ensure our brands are represented at their very best across your territory.
About You You're curious, confident and enjoy building relationships. You bring a strong work ethic, take ownership of your results, and thrive in a customer-focused environment. You might already be working in FMCG, retail, field sales or a customer-facing role and be looking for your next challenge. Most importantly, you're reliable, organised, and motivated to learn and grow. Retail experience is highly valued, and an understanding of the grocery environment will set you up for success.
What Your Days Look Like

• Build strong partnerships with key store contacts
• Drive in-store execution across our iconic brand portfolio
• Identify and deliver incremental sales opportunities
• Lead and support two part-time merchandisers
• Manage your territory budget effectively
• Maintain high standards of compliance and safety
• Collaborate closely with the wider Queensland Field Sales team

• Retail, FMCG or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Well-developed planning and organisational capability
• A proactive approach and drive to achieve results
• Resilience, accountability and a customer-first mindset
• Confidence leading and motivating others
• A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel within the territory
