We're looking for a motivated Territory Manager to join our Queensland Field Sales team, covering Brisbane North. Reporting to the Zone Manager, you'll build strong relationships with customers, drive sales outcomes, execute category plans in store, and ensure our brands are represented at their very best across your territory.

About You

You're curious, confident and enjoy building relationships. You bring a strong work ethic, take ownership of your results, and thrive in a customer-focused environment.

You might already be working in FMCG, retail, field sales or a customer-facing role and be looking for your next challenge. Most importantly, you're reliable, organised, and motivated to learn and grow. Retail experience is highly valued, and an understanding of the grocery environment will set you up for success.

Build strong partnerships with key store contactsDrive in-store execution across our iconic brand portfolioIdentify and deliver incremental sales opportunitiesLead and support two part-time merchandisersManage your territory budget effectivelyMaintain high standards of compliance and safetyCollaborate closely with the wider Queensland Field Sales team
