Investment Contract Administrator

The Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Contract Administrator to join our Investment Team.

The role will see you handle your own portfolio of Investment Contracts (Land, Build & Townhouse) from point of sale through to Build Construction commencement/Land & Townhouse Settlement, effectively completing administration tasks, handling general enquiries and providing support to our investor groups in a timely manner, including our internal clients and support for our Investment Associates.

As part of this you can expect to:

• Issue & process electronic Land, HIA Build and Townhouse contracts ensuring all contract information is detailed and correct.

• Maintain associated databases and reporting programs.

• Issue Files to Production and Build Teams.

• Receive and distribute general Investment enquiries.

• Assist in daily tasks/requests from referral partners – Contract Management, Updates on projects, update Investment Administrator Team Leader on issues that may arise.

• Engage and communicate clearly with solicitors, valuers, consultants and key stakeholders on relevant contractual matters.

• Work closely and collaboratively with your fellow Administrators to ensure deadlines are met.

• Maintain knowledge of industry developments and legislation impacting on contractual agreements.

The Person Ideally Has

• Contracts administration experience in residential construction, within Land Development, Real Estate or Conveyancing.

• A proven track record and account relationship history, dealing with high-level negotiations.

• Familiar with Salesforce Databases & Adobe Acrobat Sign, HIA & REIQ Contracts, local government act and regulations, conveyancing act, residential tenancy act and other relevant legislation.
