Senior Mortgage Broker

Compare Club Home Loans is a strong leader redefining the mortgage landscape. We’ve built a massive lead-generation engine that delivers warm inquiries daily. We don’t need you to find the business; we need you to convert it. We’re looking for a motivated full time Senior Mortgage Broker to join our high-performing contact centre team and help us redefine the lending experience for Australians.
   
The Opportunity:

Working with members across Australia, you will engage with clients through phone, email, and video conferencing, while building and managing a pipeline of active enquiries and lender applications through the standard lending process, providing a transparent and simple experience for every borrower.

The Successful Candidate:

Leveraging a minimum of two years in the home loan finance industry and a solid lending background, the ideal candidate will excel at managing high volumes, consistently meeting KPI expectations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We aren't looking for a "traditional" broker. We want a high-energy, tech-savvy professional who treats their pipeline like a well-oiled machine. 

• A natural communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in mortgage broking with MFAA Membership and firm understanding of the lending/compliance framework
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Retail Banking equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email communication, video conferencing platforms, and CRM data entry systems.
• A confident and vibrant personality with the stamina to handle high call volumes and the flexibility to work when the customers are available.
