Loyalty Marketing Specialist (Memberships & Subscriptions)

What you'll do:

• Build and optimise supporter journeys, including onboarding, engagement, retention, payment recovery, win-back, reward and recognition
• Use data, segmentation and campaign insights to make member communications more relevant and effective
• Support campaign planning across email, SMS, direct mail, web, digital and member channels
• Develop loyalty initiatives, promotions and campaign ideas that drive member acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Report on campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, conversion and lifetime value
• Work with CRM and automation tools to build targeted campaigns and test different messages, mechanics and journeys
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns accurately, on time and in line with commercial and compliance requirements

What you'll bring:

• 3 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle, loyalty, retention, subscriptions, fundraising, digital marketing or campaign marketing
• Experience working with membership, subscription, loyalty or recurring customer programs.
• A test-and-learn mindset, with curiosity about what drives engagement and retention
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms - We use Braze.
• Experience using reporting or analytics tools, such as Power BI, Excel, Amplitude or similar
• Experience working on customer journeys, triggered campaigns or lifecycle programs
