Studio Coordinator

OverviewWe’re looking for a hands on Studio Coordinator to join our team and oversee the day to day running of our studio. You’ll manage studio assistants, coordinate production and QC, support jewellery making and engraving, and help keep stock, dispatch and studio operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & QCAssemble and quality check jewelleryManage, train and coordinate studio assistantsPlan daily studio workload and prioritiesSupport incoming stock checks and product auditsManage factory returns, write-offs and faulty stockCoordinate packaging and raw materials stocktakesMaintain key production and QC documentationCoordinate scrap metal recycling
Stock & WholesaleComplete engraving and welding orders within dispatch deadlinesManage stock movements across Head Office and Retail locations.Process store transfers, returns and repairsMaintain accurate inventoryMonitor wholesale orders and flag any potential delaysPrepare and dispatch independent wholesale ordersPrepare barcodes and stock major wholesale ordersConduct quarterly Head Office stocktakes
Studio & OfficeKeep the studio clean, organised and operationalManage studio tools, consumables and office suppliesSupport product launches and operational tasksManage office groceries and suppliesCoordinate recycling collections
About YouYou’re organised, hands on and detail oriented, with a strong interest in jewellery production and quality. You’re comfortable managing priorities, working across multiple tasks and taking ownership of day to day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in jewellery production, QC, stock management or a similar role is highly regarded.
