Repairs and Production Co-Ordinator

Kailis Jewellery is renowned for featuring the highest quality Australian South Sea pearls in contemporary and fresh jewellery designs, with boutiques in Broome, Perth, Booragoon, Claremont and Karrinyup plus a burgeoning online business.

We have an opportunity for a self-motivated, responsible, and professional person to fulfil the role of Repairs and Production Co-Ordinator within our Subiaco office. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm. We are open to candidates who may need some flexibility with work hours and would consider permanent part time options.

Key activities and role responsibilities include:

Service and Repairs Management

· Oversee repair liaison with clients, boutiques, suppliers and the workshop.

· General understanding of jewellery manufacturing to be able to assess and create service recommendations.

· Provide quotes for service requests and invoicing all chargeable repairs.

· Manage repair data entry, tracking, and record maintenance using ERP and issue management systems.

· Clear communication with the jewellers to ensure smooth daily operations of repairs in a fast-paced environment.

Inventory Control

· Pick and Invoice Sales Orders.

· General Stock transfers to and from boutiques.

· Quality control & assurance for incoming & outgoing inventory

· Assist administrative & logistics functions where required

· Assist pearling & workshop departments where required

· Participating in any other general tasks required by the business

Key requirements:

· Time management and organisational skills

· Strong attention to detail, even when under pressure

· Personable and approachable nature

· Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

· Willingness to learn and grow knowledge within jewellery industry

· Jewellery and/or industry experience is advantageous

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in coordination or administrative roles

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

· High levels of concentration & attention to detail are critical to be successful in this role

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong computer skills

· Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, word processing, email, and database entry

· The right to work in Australia on a full-time basis

· A clean Australian Police check
