Barista

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our busy restaurant team.

You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality coffee and excellent customer service while supporting the wider front-of-house team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality coffee, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes and other specialty beverages

• Setting up and maintaining the coffee station

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service

• Taking customer orders and processing transactions

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the coffee and service areas

• Restocking coffee, milk, syrups, cups and other supplies

• Assisting the broader restaurant team during busy periods

• Following food safety, workplace health and safety and venue procedures

• Ensuring every customer receives a positive dining experience

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous barista experience, preferably in a busy café or restaurant environment

• Has a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality

• Can consistently produce quality coffee

• Has excellent customer service and communication skills

• Works well under pressure and can maintain a positive attitude during busy periods

• Is reliable, punctual and well presented

• Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in their work

• Works well as part of a team

• Is flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including weekends

• Holds a current RSA if required for the position/venue
