About the role

Ours Cafe in Dromana is seeking passionate Baristas with a love for hospitality to help deliver exceptional service and create amazing experiences for every guest. We serve ST. Ali Coffee and pride ourselves on creating a warm, supportive work environment for our team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee with consistency and speed

• Confidently adjust grinders and maintain quality under pressure

• Stay fast, consistent, and friendly - even during a brunch rush

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating genuine connections with guests

• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and seamless service

About you

• 2+ years of barista experience in a similar position

• Confident adjusting grinders and maintaining quality under pressure

• Fast, consistent, and friendly service - even during busy periods

• Available 4-5 days per week, including weekends

• Passionate about coffee and engaging with people

• Strong customer service skills with ability to create genuine connections

• Team player with positive attitude
