Location: Cardup, WA
Salary: $180k – $200k + Super
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily site operations.
• Lead large-scale new build school construction.
• Coordinate and manage all onsite subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Maintain rigorous WHS and site compliance.
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics.
• Conduct regular architectural quality inspections.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in commercial new builds.
• Prior school infrastructure experience highly regarded.
• Strong leadership of multi-trade work fronts.
• Solid understanding of Australian Building Standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BCA and WHS.
• Ability to start immediately in Cardup.
• Current Australian work rights.
