Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end on-site operations for a major $60m commercial construction build.
• Drive site programming, trade scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Enforce rigorous site safety, environmental standards, and quality management protocols.
• Coordinate major sub-contractor packages, site engineers, and supervisory site staff.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and client representatives to resolve technical RFIs and variations.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven track record as a lead Site Manager on commercial projects valued at $40m+.
• Deep experience working with mid-tier or Tier 2 commercial building contractors.
• Advanced knowledge of WA building codes, structural works, and large-scale site logistics.
• Outstanding leadership, contract awareness, and trade management capabilities.
• Tertiary credentials in Construction Management or relevant trade background (carpentry preferred).

Operating on the front line of a premier Tier 2 builder, you will manage day-to-day site execution, coordinate large-scale trade teams, and ensure strict adherence to program, safety, and quality standards.
