Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily on-site construction operations for a 20-storey high-rise.
• Orchestrate high-density structures, tower crane logistics, and fitout sequencing.
• Direct multi-disciplinary trades to maintain critical path milestones.
• Enforce exemplary occupational health and safety frameworks on-site.
• Review structural drawings, manage QA, and resolve complex RFIs.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven track record as lead Site Manager on multi-storey residential towers.
• Deep technical expertise in post-tension concrete and high-rise logistics.
• Exceptional leadership capability with strong subcontractor management skills.
• Comprehensive mastery of WA building codes, compliance, and WHS laws.
• Relevant building trade background or Construction Management degree.
