Site Supervisor - Up to $200K

Due to continued growth and a recently awarded project, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team and support the Senior Site Manager.

The Role 
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of areas of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Projects will include industrial facilities, logistics developments, warehouses, bulky goods retail, and large-format retail builds.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all site-based activities from start to completion
• Maintaining a strong safety-first culture on site
• Managing quality assurance and site compliance
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
• Leading and mentoring site staff and supervisors
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and presentation across all stages of construction

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor delivering industrial and/or retail construction projects
• Strong background in projects valued $40M+
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive programme and manage subcontractor performance
• Strong understanding of safety, QA, and construction methodologies
• Stable employment history with reputable builders
• Trade or tertiary qualifications highly regarded
