Warehouse Supervisor

About the role 

As a Warehouse Supervisor, this is your opportunity to supervise product preparation and coordinate stock movement with Store Supervisors to maximise sales through effective merchandising.

Reporting to the Store Manager, this is a permanent, part-time role offering 20 hours per week, located in Gladstone, QLD.

How you will make an impact

• Supervise warehouse operations including stock movement, pickups, deliveries and store coordination.
• Prepare and distribute sale‑ready goods by identifying high‑value items and ensuring they are cleaned and sent to the right stores.
• Support donors and customers by greeting them at drop‑off points and assisting with unloading donations.
• Assist with store cash handling including balancing registers and opening/closing the Gladstone Store as required.
• Complete administration tasks accurately and on time, following TSA reporting policies and procedures.
• Supervise and support volunteers

What you will bring 

• Understanding of the value of second-hand goods with a wide knowledge on brands and goods.
• Certificate in Logistics or Business or a related field is desirable
• Experience in retail and/or customer service environment with some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Current QLD Driver’s licence
• This position requires the physical ability to safely perform regular standing, walking, lifting and handling of stock in line with WHS procedures.
