Key Responsibilities:

Responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all project goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded. Lead the planning, coordination and management of program operations, including subcontract management, risk management and budget, including future growth. Lead, motivate and develop the program team, some of which are geographically dispersedCoordination of project deliverables.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) is required. Demonstrated skills in financial cost control. Advanced to expert knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes and projects. Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes. Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills. Desirable – experience in solution and proposal development, including the financial and commercial aspects of a proposal. Desirable – prior experience on Defence acquisition and sustainment support contractsSuccessful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security clearance as needed.
