This role is a Clerk Grade 05/06, with a base salary for this role starting at $102,936 to $113,579 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Support Officer to partner with senior leaders and help drive the effective operation of Infrastructure NSW. This is a fast-paced and varied role that sits at the centre of strategic decision-making, requiring exceptional judgement, organisation and stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with executives, government agencies and senior stakeholders to ensure priorities are delivered efficiently and professionally.

About You
You are highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with experience supporting senior executives in a complex environment. You excel at managing competing priorities, exercising sound judgement and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.
You build trusted relationships quickly, communicate with confidence and professionalism, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively and have a strong focus on anticipating needs rather than simply responding to requests.
