In Home Support Worker - Aged Care at Home

Ozcare has multiple permanent part-time opportunities available for In Home Support Workers supporting our clients in the Noosa, Nambour & Maroochydore regions. Your Role As an In Home Support Worker you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:  Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans Undertake domestic duties which includes cleaning, laundry and meal preparation Provide support duties such as shopping, transport etc Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our residents' care Your Attributes We're looking for a person who has what it takes to make a difference in our clients' lives. A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance Vehicle must be safe, well-maintained, and suitably accessible to support clients with varying mobility needs to enter and exit comfortably. Current Police Screening Certificate (valid within past 3 years) Current First Aid and CPR Certificates Current Queensland driver's licence Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
