From box trailers and plant trailers through to hydraulic tippers, tradesman trailers and custom-built solutions, we're known for quality workmanship, practical systems, and a team that takes pride in what they build.

We're growing and looking for the right person to join our assembly team.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on person who enjoys building things and takes pride in getting the job done properly.

You'll be assembling trailers using documented systems and build books, working across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components.

You'll work across a range of trailer builds, assembling mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components while developing skills across multiple areas of the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Suspension and axle installation
• Brake assembly and adjustment
• Hydraulic tipper installation
• Trailer wiring and lighting
• Couplings, chains and jockey wheel installation
• Final fit-out and quality checks
• Following build books and documented procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Supporting the wider production team when required

• Mechanically minded and good with your hands
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Pride in quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to follow systems and procedures
• Works well within a team environment

Nice to Have (but not essential)

• Trailer assembly experience
• Automotive experience
• Mechanical trade background
• Agricultural machinery experience
• Forklift licence
