Go Party Bus Perth is Perth's largest party bus company, operating a fleet of over 35 vehicles every weekend. We specialise in wine tours, pub crawls, airport transfers, weddings, corporate events, school balls and private charters across Perth.

We're looking for an experienced Bookings Officer to join our team full-time in our Malaga office.

This is a busy, fast-paced role where you'll take ownership of your position, managing enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who is confident, organised, thrives under pressure and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and love being kept busy, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in our Malaga office.

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Some overtime during busy periods

• Occasional Saturday work as required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage booking enquiries via phone, email and online channels.

• Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Book and coordinate vehicles for wine tours, pub crawls, airport transfers, weddings, corporate events, school balls and private charters.

• Liaise with customers to ensure all booking details are accurate and complete.

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure bookings run smoothly.

• Maintain accurate booking records within our booking system.

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.

• Assist with general office and operational administration as required.

About You

To be successful in this role you'll have:

• Previous experience in a Bookings Officer, Reservations or Scheduling role.

• The ability to confidently manage a high volume of enquiries and bookings.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

• Outstanding communication skills, both over the phone and via email.

• High-level computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

• A proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership of the role and work independently.

• A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Experience within the transport, tourism, hospitality or events industry will be highly regarded.
