Online Dispatch Assistant

The Role

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Online Dispatch Assistant to join our team at Swimwear Galore in the Bayside and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. This is a seasonal casual role, offering flexible hours to suit your needs. As our Online Dispatch Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring our online orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.

The Day In The Life

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online customer orders in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records

• Receive, unpack, and coordinate incoming stock at store level

• Support general retail operations as needed, including processing customer refunds and assisting to customer enquiries when required

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Experience in a customer service or retail role

• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
