About the roles

We are seeking 2 Casual Pick Packers to join our Waterloo Webstore Team. These are both casual positions that offer flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting Webstore Team in Pick and Pack for all our Online Orders

2. Responding to customer enquiries with knowledge and enthusiasm

3. Collaborating with team members to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner

4. Adhering to company policies, procedures and health and safety standards

What we're looking for

1. Strong communication abilities and a friendly, professional demeanor

2. Reliability and a flexible approach to casual work

3. Physical capability to lift, carry and move stock items safely

4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

5. Previous experience with pick and pack in a warehouse environment

6. A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service
