Personal/Sales Assistant to Sales Associate

Yard Property is a boutique, family-owned agency known for its genuine approach, supportive team culture, and strong presence in the local market.

We are looking for an organised and reliable Personal Assistant to support one of our Sales Associates. This role is suited to someone who enjoys administration, working within a team, and has a genuine interest in the property industry.

You will play an important role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, assisting with administration, client communication, and general coordination.

What you will be doing

• Managing administration and maintaining accurate database systems

• Handling buyer enquiries and supporting client communication

• Assisting with marketing and social media campaigns

• Working closely with the Sales Associate to support daily operations

• Saturday work is available for the right person who may be interested in further developing a career within the real estate industry over time.

• Must have previous administration experience, real estate experience a bonus

• A genuine interest in the property industry

• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
