The Position
Full time
Liaising with buyers, sellers, settlement agents and contractors
General administration
Database management
Management of marketing campaigns
Social media support
Contract management
Booking photographers, copywriters and attending final inspections
Assist with home opens
Liaise with suppliers and contractors
The Ideal Candidate
Sales Registration
Previous Real Estate sales or admin experience
Knowledge of REX software is a bonus
Comfortable working in a small high energy team
Outstanding customer service with a warm, can-do attitude
High attention to detail and quick to learn
Strong communication skills and excellent work ethic
Thrives in a busy role with lots of moving parts
Organised, reliable and happy to take initiative
