Sales Consultant

Mandurah Auto Group is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our teams across multiple dealerships in Mandurah. With several positions available, we welcome both experienced sales professionals and entry-level applicants who are ready to learn.

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not essential. Whether you have worked in retail, hospitality, customer service or another sales environment - or are looking to start your career - we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will help customers find a vehicle that suits their needs and deliver a positive experience from their first enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle requirements

• Presenting vehicles and explaining their features and benefits

• Arranging and conducting test drives

• Responding to phone, online and in-person enquiries

• Following up leads and building lasting customer relationships

• Preparing sales documentation and maintaining accurate customer records

• Working towards individual and dealership sales targets

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery

• Maintaining a high standard of vehicle and showroom presentation

About You

We are looking for people who bring:

• A friendly, professional approach and genuine enthusiasm for customer service

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to connect with different people

• Motivation to achieve goals and develop their sales skills

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Confidence using computers and learning new systems

• A positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn

• The ability to work independently and contribute to a team

Previous automotive sales experience will be highly regarded, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply, with training and support available to help you build your skills.

You will also need:

• A current driver’s license

• A valid WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson’s License, or willingness to obtain one before commencing vehicle sales duties

• Full Australian working rights

• The ability to provide a current Police Clearance
